1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Premier Woodworking of Lake County, Inc. for software services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

We provide custom software implementation for estimating, materials, design approval, scheduling, production tracking, and punch list management for woodworking and cabinetry shops.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate shop, project, and material data required to configure and operate the delivered system.

4. Payment Terms

Implementation and subscription fees are outlined in individual service agreements and invoiced according to the agreed schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Premier Woodworking of Lake County, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our software.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
